How to Make Homemade Peanut Butter: Easy and Delicious

Making homemade peanut butter is incredibly simple—you won't believe how easy it is! All you need are peanuts, a pinch of salt, and optionally a small amount of oil, such as olive oil. Sometimes I use oil; sometimes I don’t—it's up to you. Step 1: Prepare the Peanuts Start by cleaning your peanuts. I’m using 4 cups of peanuts. Sort through them, wash them thoroughly, and then roast them. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the peanuts on a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, stir the peanuts and roast for another 15 minutes. If they start to brown too quickly, reduce the temperature to 160°C (320°F). Step 2: Salt and Roast Once the peanuts are roasted, they should be slightly warm. Toss them with a bit of salt while they are still hot to ensure the salt sticks well.
